This is the home page of Wallington Cricket Club (founded in 1922).
The club play their home matches at a privately owned ground in Wallington, strangely known as Cats Brain Hill in Hillside Gardens.
Our Saturday 1st XI play in Division 5 of the Surrey Championship, the 2nd XI in the 2nd XI Division 1 of the Fullers Brewery Surrey County League and our Academy XI play in the 3rd XI Division of the Fullers Brewery Surrey County League. We also run a friendly XI on Sundays and the occasional Midweek XI. Rehman Qadir (Abdul Qadir's son) will return in 2009 as our registered overseas player under amateur status.
Wallington CC have a thriving Colts section with teams at under 9, 11, 14, 15, 16 & 17 who all recieve coaching from qualified ECB coaches including Nick Bier. All Colts teams play league cricket.
Apart from a thriving cricket programme, there are numerous social events planned this year, including quiz nights, race nights, casino nights and bar b ques, so don't delay, get in touch today and join our happy club.
